Unicco is a multifamily housing project designed by Londoño Arquitectos. Its architecture presents spacious and bright spaces that offer the resident a flexible and dynamic atmosphere. The interior design of Unicco's model home introduces a modern contemporary style that seeks a balance between warm and cold hues, as well as linear and organic forms, to create a harmonious composition that invites the resident to enjoy its open spaces and the nature that surrounds them.

The furniture design is simple and timeless, however, the textures of its textiles and materials highlight the architecture, giving life and energy to the space. The color of its composition was carefully selected to generate a feeling of warmth and modernity that promotes social interaction and an engaging interior.

The project included furniture design and styling of the common areas , its bedrooms and outdoor lounge. It was designed as Project Director of StudioNoa.
