The Residence Chacha Cuesta is a house of 500 m2 in Lumbisí, Quito. The project included a design consultancy in the selection of finishes for the new construction.

The selected finishes create a warm space and at the same time provide a feeling of openness. We created several palettes of materials with different styles for the client to choose and generated rendered images that aided with the visualization of the space to select the perfect combination.
