The design of the Alarcón Figari Residence combines natural materials with contemporary designs that match  the style of the house. The project included the design of furniture and lighting of the recently renovated exterior living and dining room.

The furniture is handmade with natural materials from the coast of Ecuador. It combines cabuya, wicker, metal and glass.

The lighting was designed to offer a warm and comfortable environment where its users can entertain their guests under dim lighting creating a cozy space. Linear LEDs were installed along the stone wall to accentuate the texture of the material. This installation creates a focal point that gives life to the space. Adjustable spotlights direct light to key areas to provide enough lighting to cook and eat comfortably.
